About the Founder & Chief Advocate

Bishop Evans Ngozi Izuwa is the Founder and Chief Advocate of the Kingdom Government Advocate Mandate (KGAM) and the visionary behind the KGAM School. He is a prophetic leader, Kingdom governance reformer, author, and certified mediator whose life work focuses on restoring divine order, justice, and righteousness in both spiritual and civic systems.

He is also the Founder and General Overseer of World Christian Revival Center International e.V., headquartered in Oberhausen, Germany, with global reach across Europe, Africa, and other nations. His ministry began in 1996 and has grown into a transnational movement impacting churches, communities, prisons, hospitals, and public institutions.

On Thursday, 4 February 2021, Bishop Izuwa received a divine mandate from God to establish the Kingdom Government Advocate Mandate—a global call to raise trained advocates who understand Kingdom governance and are equipped to influence politics, judiciary systems, civil service, traditional leadership, and community structures according to biblical principles.

A certified intercultural mediator, conflict-resolution trainer, and dispute-resolution consultant, Bishop Izuwa brings together biblical revelation, practical governance insight, and professional mediation frameworks. His work in Germany has been academically documented in the Handbuch Interkulturelle Seelsorge (p. 167), affirming his role in intercultural leadership and reconciliation.
