KGAI is called to function as a spiritual, reformational movement that extends across continents. Establishing global chapters requires wisdom, structure, prayer, and cultural intelligence.

16.1 Requirements for Opening a KGAI Chapter

A new chapter must have:

1. A Vision-Bearing Coordinator

Someone who understands the mandate deeply and has completed the KGAI leadership training.

2. A Minimum Founding Team of 3–7 People

These will be:

• Intercessors
• Teachers
• Community advocates
• Administrative support

3. Commitment to KGAI Doctrinal Standards

No chapter is permitted to alter the theology or spiritual DNA.

4. Approval by the National or Global Office

5. A Prayer Foundation

Every chapter begins with 40 days of prayer before launching.
