About Bishop Evans Ngozi Izuwa

Bishop Evans Ngozi Izuwa is a divinely called servant of God, born to Mr. Daniel Izuwa Nwogu and Rev. Mrs. Mercy Izuwa Nwogu of Okwuta Amumara, Ezinihitte Mbaise, Imo State, Nigeria. His life was dedicated to God before birth following his mother’s miraculous healing, marking the beginning of a prophetic destiny of service, transformation, and impact.

Called into ministry as a youth, Bishop Izuwa was mentored by seasoned ministers of faith, growing into a teacher, preacher, mediator, and advocate for Kingdom transformation.

He is the Founder and General Overseer of Victory Christian Ministries, now World Christian Revival Center International e.V., headquartered in Oberhausen, Germany, with a sister headquarters in Owerri, Nigeria. What began in 1996 as a small fellowship in a Duisburg asylum camp became an international ministry by 1998. His mission focuses on evangelism, discipleship, leadership training, and practical empowerment of believers globally.

A passionate advocate for the African diaspora, Bishop Izuwa has tirelessly supported African immigrants in Germany—promoting lawful living, responsible citizenship, and spiritual growth. He was a founding member and later President of the Council of African Churches NRW, where he fostered unity among African Christian communities.

In 2002, he launched a Prison Ministry that continues to transform lives in German prisons and deportation centers through the power of the Gospel. His hospital outreach ministry has also witnessed many miraculous healings and deliverances.

Through partnership with the City of Oberhausen, Bishop Izuwa has contributed significantly to social development and integration initiatives, hosting dignitaries such as Lord Mayor Klaus Wehling at the church’s temple dedication in 2010. Under his leadership, the church collaborates with Stadt Oberhausen to offer German-language classes, job-coaching programs, and vocational training for immigrants.

After earning certification in Intercultural Mediation from the INeKO Institute of the University of Cologne in 2011, he founded the Reconciliation and Conflict Resolution/Mediation Center, a platform for promoting justice, peace, and biblical mediation.

In February 2021, Bishop Izuwa received a divine mandate to establish the Kingdom Government Advocate Mandate (KGAM)—a global movement training leaders and advocates to advance the governance, justice, and righteousness of God’s Kingdom in nations. KGAM now operates across multiple countries, equipping leaders, mediators, and ministers for societal transformation.

His intercultural ministry is featured in the academic publication Handbuch Interkulturelle Seelsorge (p.167), in the section “Afrika in Deutschland – ‘Du musst Gottes Gesalbter sein, um jemanden zu befreien’”, co-authored with Claudia Währisch-Oblau, highlighting his impact on intercultural pastoral care and Christian dialogue in Germany.

Bishop Izuwa’s ministry is characterized by deliverance, healing, prophetic accuracy, and miracles, all manifesting the power of the Holy Spirit. Known for saying “God cannot share His glory with any man,” he continues to serve with humility and grace.

A lifelong learner, he draws wisdom from his spiritual father and mentor, Bishop David O. Oyedepo, and God’s servant Kenneth Copeland respectively, while acknowledging the Holy Spirit as his ultimate teacher, exemplifying 1 Corinthians 1:26–29; that God uses the weak things of the world to confound the mighty.

Today, Bishop Evans Ngozi Izuwa serves as the Chief Advocate of KGAM, a Certified Mediator, Conflict-Resolution Trainer, Dispute-Resolution Consultant, and Author of several books, including:

  • Kingdom Law Enforcement
  • Kingdom Government Advocate Mandate School Curriculum
  • Kingdom Governance: Transforming Politics, Judiciary, and Civil Service
  • Codes Of The Kingdom: Kingdom Governance Principles for Chiefs, Elders, and Community Leaders

His mission is to restore dignity, reconcile relationships, and demonstrate God’s justice, peace, and power in every sphere of life.

Bishop Izuwa is blessed with three children — Ugochukwu, Ezinwa, and Chiamaka — and continues to serve as a spiritual father to many across the world.

His enduring message remains:

“The Kingdom of Heaven is not religion; it is righteous government,”

“Justice must heal, mercy must triumph, and Christ must reign.”
